What Is The LIFE HUB?
The LIFE HUB is a low-barrier shelter committed to providing safety, dignity, and support for people experiencing homelessness in the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia. Located in Wheeling, the LIFE HUB’s mission is designed to expand hope and transform lives while building capacity for long-term solutions.

The LIFE HUB employs a wonderful direct care staff consisting of Peers, Social Workers, Lived Experience Professionals, and Maintenance to provide nighttime shelter services; HMIS data-management; case management; community navifation; and a safe, clean space.
